Holiday Session Terms and Conditions

  • The session is secured with a non-refundable £10 payment unless Let's Enable cancels.  In this case the deposit will be returned

  • A maximum of 2 sessions can be booked in any holiday period.  Please contat Nina Linzell (nina@letsenable.co.uk) to check other availability during the holiday period.

  • If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, so that we are able to offer this session to someone else.

  • Parent or carer must be with the participant during the session unless agreed with Let's Enable

  • Make sure everyone is dressed appropriately.  Sturdy shoes or boots (no open toed shoes), clothes appropriate for the weather.  The stables can be a wet and muddy place.

  • A consent form will need to be completed and signed at the beginning of the session.  This will give consent for the activities and if possible photographic consent (not obligatory)

  • Please arrive at least 10 mins before the start to the session to allow for the completion of paperwork.

  • If this is your first session, you will receive a short questionnaire so we can find out about any specific needs Let’s Enable needs to be aware of.  This will need to be completed online at least 24 hours before the session.  We will not be able to run a session if this form has not been completed.   • Session times are strictly 45 minutes to ensure smooth running of the day

  • You are welcome to bring up to two friends/siblings to the session.  You must notify us of any additional attendees, and complete the short questionnaire if they are new to Let’s Enable. We can only support a maximum of 3 people per session.
